Unfortunately we have to give up our great apartment since we are moving abroad. Therefore we are looking for new renters for 1st March. The apartment is located on the Brederodestraat, so basically just a few minutes from Leidseplein/Vondelpark and next to Overtoom. However, the street itself is very quiet and nice. The apartment has two bedrooms, to living rooms, balcony, little garden space + a shack to store bicycles, two toilets, kitchen, storage room and a bathroom with bathtub and a shower. Everything is divided on two floors. It is fully furnished + TV/DVD, Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer - kitchen fully furnished as well. The whole place should be around 125sqm. It will be rented directly from the landlord - 1st rent + 1 rent deposit. Rental period is one year with possibility to extend. As mentioned, this is a really nice apartment in a great location - a shame to give it up. The landlord requests that renters have a fulltime job and provide work contracts. We will show you the place and you can come over for visits, but the decision will of course be made by the landlord. The rent is exactly 2000 Euro a month, including water/gas/electricity. We used to live there with 3 (1 person + 1 couple), which was almost 650 Euro each. Couples are welcome as well. Registration is possible.
